浅谈国有流通企业的产权界定

本文结合国有企业产权改革历程和国有流通企业现状,提出国有流通企业的产权界定是产权改革的基础和关键。产权界定中体现了两个关键问题:一是公司治理问题,二是委托代理制问题。结合我国社会主义市场经济特点和西方产权理论分析了产权界定的问题和现实意义,希望能在产权改革中统一思想,少走弯路,低成本高效率地实现产权改革的目标。
