摘    要:在市场驱动型态下,市场营销和销售物流呈现有机分离的状态,限于实践经验的缺失,业界往往混淆二者之间的管理范围,从而使企业不能保证精耕细作市场,最大程度地满足顾客的需要.文章通过界定市场营销和销售物流在企业实践中的不同,提出了销售物流应该在市场营销的指导下,构建和谐的监控管理体系,进而配合市场营销管理并提高其绩效.
