探讨和认识普通程序简化审

刑事案件普通程序简化审方式的启动,在节省诉讼资源、提高诉讼效率、繁简分流、优化司法资源配置、及时保护被害人利益等方面起到了一定的积极作用,但由于其是刑事审判方式改革中的一种新的尝试,不可避免地有不完备之处,本人经学习探讨,对该程序提出以下看法,值得在实践中进一步探索。

To explore and recognize the simplify the trial of Common procedures

The general procedure in criminal cases has started to simplify the way of the trial.It plays a positive role in saving of resources in the lawsuit, proceeding the efficiency, the apart of the complicated and the simplied, optimizing the allocation of judicial resources,and to protect the victims’intrests in time. But because it is a new attempt in the way of the criminal justice reform , inevitably there are some problems.
