存量资产优化分析决策系统刍议

在对存量资产优化决策系统中经济寿命和技术寿命识别方式进行定量和定性分析的基础上,对系统的决策思想──综合集成思路在系统中的运用作了介绍。与此同时,对固定资产优化处理提出系统的决策理念,并针对系统建设及其相关问题提出了政策建议。

Optimized Analysis Decision System of Fixed Assets

This article analyses economic lifespan and technological lifespan of optimized decision system of Daqing's fixed assert. Furtherore,it introduces a system ideology,so-called metalsynthesis. Therefore,this article gives a systemic method to sovle problems of the optimized decision systems. Finally,the article puts forward some advice for the establishment of the system and relative problems.
