| 摘 要： | 本文首先考察了韩国中小企业的演变过程及现状,分析了韩国中小企业对外投资的发展状况,重点研究了韩国中小企业对华投资的发展现状及特征,并针对韩国中小企业在华投资发展进程中存在的问题,提出了相应的政策建议。
