| 摘 要： | 为了构建科学合理的江苏省新农村建设评价指标体系，首先对国内的新农村建设评价指标体系相关研究进行了概述，再结合江苏农村的特点和新农村建设的要求，构建了以行政村为监测总体的新农村建设评价指标体系。然后引入问卷中的信度和效度分析对所建立的指标体系进行检验，最终确定了江苏村级新农村建设评价指标体系。
