高职旅游管理专业工学结合探索

工学结合人才培养模式改革与探索是目前高职教育改革发展的关键性问题。本文以近几年宁夏职业技术学院旅游管理专业工学结合人才培养模式改革探讨为例,从办学思路、教学过程、双师素质等方面对高职旅游管理专业工学结合人才培养模式改革进行探讨,用以培养旅游专业学生职业能力、提高学生综合素质。

Research on Work-Integrated Learning of Tourism Management in the Higher Vocational Education

Research and reform on the training mode of work-integrated learning is the critical problem for accelerating the reform and development of higher vocational education. This paper will take the research and reform on the training mode of work-integrated learning that happened in the tourism management of Ningxia Polytechnic in recent years as instance as an opportunity for promoting students＇ professional skills and to improve the students＇ comprehensive quality in the major of tourism management by discussing the basic approach for the work of college,the mechanism of teaching and learning,and the orientation of double-certificated teachers respectively.
