| 摘 要： | 金融危机下中小企业的融资环境发生了较大的变化,中小企业融资的难度加大,生存举步维艰。文章分析了金融危机下融资环境变化对中小企业融资能力的影响,接着分析了金融危机下中小企业面临的资金普遍紧张等融资困境,提出了走"联合重组"之路等融资策略。
