| 摘 要： | 京津冀一体化的发展已进入了一个资源整合的新阶段。资源整合的载体是优势产业集群。全面分析京津冀产业发展功能定位,准确构建产业集群空间分布,尽快形成合理的产业布局、产业分工和产业扩散,是京津冀一体化中不可或缺的重要一环,也是培育区域竞争力的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The integrated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has entered into the new stage of resource integration,whose carrier is the superior industrial cluster.One of the indispensable step to boost the integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei as well as the effective approach to cultivating the regional competency is to analyze thoroughly the functional positioning of industrial development,arrange reasonably the industrial cluster distribution so that the rational industrial distribution,industrial specialization,and industrial diffusion can be realized in the shortest period of time. |
