我国第三方物流企业的联盟分析

当前出现众多的国内外物流企业争夺市场份额的局势,对我国第三方物流企业造成巨大冲击。然而,国内第三方物流企业大多规模不大,缺乏现代物流理念,竞争还停留在低层次的价格战上。如何通过联盟有效整合物流资源,已成为瞩目焦点。本文试图通过相关实践和理论研究,对第三方物流联盟的背景、可行性、方式以及风险防范作出初步探讨。

Studies on the Third Party Logistics Alliances in China

The situation that numerous domestic and international logistics enterprises fight for market share appears at present causes enormous impact to third party logistics(TPL)enterprises of our country. However, the majority of domestic TPL corporations can not equal to the challenges of the market, due to their small size and lack of modern logistic concepts. So far, domestic competition is confined to the primitive form of offering lower prices. How to increase the competitiveness of China's TPL corporations so as to enable them to make maximum contributions to national economy becomes a pressing issue. This paper attempts to take a preliminary discussion on the formation background, feasibility, modes and risk defence of third party logistics alliance through relevant practices and theoretical researches.
