| 摘 要： | 我国的民营企业由于其成长发展环境的特殊性及其家族化经营，使得人力资源管理有其特殊性。正确处理与员工的关系成为民营企业实施人本管理的关键。为此，民营企业主必须端正思想认识，树立现代人力资源管理理念，以科学发展观为指导，搞好人力资源管理。

| Abstract: | As the special developmental environment and household operation style, the human resources management in our private enterprises has a particularity. To treat the staff properly is the key for the private enterprises to carry out the humane management. Thus, the private owners should rectify their thoughts, set up a view of modem human resources management, and deal with their staff according to the scientific development view. |
