| 摘 要： | 住房问题关系国计民生,运用文献资料法和政策分析法对小产权房的概念以及产生的原因进行分析,揭示小产权房的种种弊端,提出分别对待分类处理,改革集体土地所有权,加大住房改革力度等几种途径来解决小产权房的问题。
