| Abstract: | The author presents the nearest rationing pathway model in rationing center and puts forward that a heuristic method based on the simulated annealing could be applied for resolving it. At the same time, the method of expressing a solution, generating a new state from the present state and optimizing procedure are also explicated, and the feasibility and the validity are also verified. |
