| Abstract: | Based on the legal proeesses of sci-tech rewards and appraisals, an online sci-tech reward and appraisal system can be designed, with the functions including online program recommendation and acceptance, the formal examination, collection and management of the appraisals from experts and professionals, online experts＇ preliminary examination, reexamination by professional groups, archives management and network security certificates. |
