China′s state-owned enterprises control major industries and key fields concerning national security and national economy.Capital market plays an important role on the promotion of reform and development of state-owned enterprises,while reform and development of state-owned enterprise lays foundation for the establishment and improvement of China′s capital market.The paper thinks that healthy development of capital market can optimize the environment of state-owned enterprise financing,promote property rights reform and perfect governance structure,on the contrary,state-owned enterprises financing system,property rights system and the improvement of governance structure can promote the healthy development of capital market.
