| 摘 要： | 近几年,电子商务在我国得到了迅猛的发展,然而,与其相对应的物流配送体系却比较落后,从而制约了电子商务的前进步伐。目前,有许多传统企业在不够理性、无序发展的市场环境下已经迫不及待的纷纷进入了B2C电子商务领域,所以,在当前的宏观环境下,B2C电子商务企业如何选择适合自身的物流配送模式是企业获得发展的关键。文中以VANCL(凡客诚品)为例,首先对VANCL做了相应的介绍;其次是对B2C电子商务模式下的物流配送分析;然后是对VANCL物流配送存在的问题进行详细的分析;最后是针对存在的问题提出的相应分析以及对全文的总结。
