| 摘 要： | 对《公路建设市场信用信息管理办法》、《公路施工企业信用评价规则》中有关施工企业信用评价的规定进行简要介绍,并对其存在的问题进行分析,认为只有强化对项目法人的管理才能保证公路建设市场健康发展,结合实际情况,提出一些改进建议。

| Abstract: | on the highway construction market credit information management method ,the highway construction enterprise credit evaluation rules about the construction enterprise credit evaluation regulation briefly described,and the analysis of existing problems,think only to strengthen the management of the project entity can ensure highway construction market's healthy development,and combining with actual condition,the author puts forward some Suggestions for improvement. |
