企业用工荒的成因分析及对策探讨

摘    要:近十多年来,我国许多地方的劳动密集型行业逐步呈现出工荒局面,分析原因主要是人力资源需求持续扩张、人力资源结构发生变化、劳动力资源服务机构缺位以及劳工需求结构矛盾所致,对症下药,我们应从企业应急对策、企业长远对策、行业对策以及综合对策四方面采取措施,来解决工荒局面,克服这一难题并充分利用其背后的机会。
