| 摘 要： | 文中从绿色物流的产生背景出发,论述了绿色物流的内涵及其主要作用。从经济学的外部性视角,探讨了传统物流活动的负外部性和绿色物流活动的正外部性。为抑制传统物流活动的负外部性障碍、扩张绿色物流活动的正外部性优势,从私人解决方法、公共政策途径等两个方面提出了绿色物流发展的制度建议。
