城乡一体化—破解城乡二元经济结构的对策建议

城乡二元经济结构已经成为制约我国经济整体协调发展的突出障碍。随着改革开放的深入,城乡分割导致的矛盾和问题日益显现。在这种大的宏观背景和一系列经济社会矛盾面前,城乡一体化问题日益成为事关经济社会科学发展、和谐发展的重大问题。该文就城乡一体化的具体含义和实现二元经济向一元经济转型过程当中应当把握和遵循的原则及妥善处理的关系进行了探索。

THE UNIFIED DESIGN BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE COUNTRYSIDE

At present,the urban-rural dual economic structure has become an outstanding obstacle constraining the development of China’s economic harmony.With the deepening of reform and opening up,the contradictions and problems caused by the urban-rural division increasingly become apparent.Due to the background,the unified design between the city and the countryside is increasingly becoming a major problem affecting economic and social harmonious development.This paper explored the specific meaning of the unified design between the city and the countryside,and the principles needed to be followed and the relationship needed to be properly handled in the process of the transformation from dual economy to one unified economy.
