| 摘 要： | 高科技创业是一种高风险的活动。构建高科技创业平台,是提高高科技创业成功率的重要途径之一。在对高科技创业平台的概念、特点、功能及构成进行剖析的基础上,揭示了高科技创业平台的形成机理,提出了高科技创业平台运行的原则,给出了高科技创业平台的系统运行模型。
