摘    要:执行,是企业运营中最基本的常态。执行力,反映了企业组织将人员、战略、营运流程统筹结合起来完成任务的系统能力。执行力直接关系着企业管理水平的高低和竞争力的强弱,是企业生存、发展乃至卓越的关键所在。管理者是战略执行最重要的主体,是塑造执行力文化的关键,是企业执行力的源头。塑造企业的执行力,管理者应加强自身执行力和部属执行力的培养,并致力于企业执行力文化的塑造。

Abstract:Execution is the fundamental activity in company Imanaging. Executive ability reflects the company combination ability of human, strategy and business process to achieve tasks. Executive ability which relates the company management level and competitive ness is the crucial element of company's survival,development and greatness. Manager who is the main body of strategy execution is the key in the establishment of enterprise executive ability culture. To establish executive ability,manager should cultivate executive a-bility of himself and his suboudindles, devote himself into establishing enterprise executive ability culture.
