| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国的商品住宅价格一路攀升,与此同时,城镇居民也感觉到收入差距在逐渐拉大。探讨商品住宅价格与收入差距之间的关系很有必要。为此,在基于向量自回归模型的脉冲响应函数以及方差分解这一分析框架下,对我国商品住宅价格和收入差距之间的关系进行了实证研究。
