| 摘 要： | 基于自己的生物技术研究、应用水平、农业发展程度和在国际贸易体系中的地位及作用,世界各国对转基因农产品的研究、应用、生产和贸易采取了不同的立场和政策,造成国际贸易秩序的失控与混乱。在这样的背景下,如何厘清国际贸易现状,辨识贸易争端的根源,寻找解决问题的对策,对促进国际贸易可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Considering the standards of biotechnology research and applying,agricultural development levels and their status and effect in the international trading system,all countries have adopted different positions and policies towards the research,application,production and trade of GMO,which causes international trade being out of control.Therefore,under the background of the trade liberalization,clarifying the current situation of international trade,identifying trade dispute root,and looking for the countermeasures to solve the problem have great significance on promoting the sustainable development of international trade. |
