| 摘 要： | 文章认为，股份合作制改革是地勘单位所属企业激活与发展的良方妙药。由于股份合作制的特点与地勘单位所属企业的特点相适应，股份合作制是地勘单位所属企业当前最可行的改革方式，已在陕西地勘局改革实践中显示出旺盛地生命力。

| Abstract: | The paper considers that share cooperative system is good medicine of enlivening geological prospecting units, due to correspondence with the character of geological prospecting units. Share cooperative system is most feasible way to reform geological prospecting units at present , and it has showed vigorous vitality in the reform of Shan Xi provincial Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources. |
