浦东新区农村社会养老保险金平衡趋势及对策研究

现行浦东新区农村社会养老保险制度是成熟的 ,但是在城市化的快速过程中 ,农保系统的总盘子不断缩小 ,农保收支的平衡受到城市化、农民市民化的速度影响。在城市化的进程中为确保农民的利益 ,促进城乡社会养老保险的统一 ,要多方支持农保 ,加大政府的扶持。

Research on the Balance Tendency of Social Insurance in the Rural of Pudong New Area and Some Countermeasures

The current rural social endowment insurance scheme in Pudong new area runs maturely. However, due to the process of rapid urbanization, the scale of the rural social endowment insurance scheme is decreasing, and the pace of urbanization and the status transformation of farmers to citizens will influence the balance of pensions. To ensure the farmers' interests and promote the unification of urban and rural social endowment insurance schemes, more attention should be put on the rural social endowment insurance and the authorities should give more support to it.
