马克思与凯恩斯经济危机理论之比较研究

马克思认为资本主义经济危机根源在于资本主义私有制,根本原因是劳动群众有限的消费,只有消灭私有制、建立公有制才能从根本上消灭经济危机;凯恩斯认为三个基本心理规律决定了有效需求不足,有效需求不足又造成非自愿失业,政府需要干预经济来增加有效需求、实现充分就业。两种经济危机理论在经济危机的成因、理论基础、危机的实质、研究方法、阶级立场、研究目的等方面存在根本的区别。我国要克服和避免经济危机需要以马克思理论为指导。

Comparative Study of Marx and Keynes in their Economic Crisis Theory

According Marx,the root cause of the economic crisis in capitalist countries lies in the private ownership and the limited consuming capability of the laborers.The economic crisis can not be eliminated unless the private ownership is removed and the public ownership is established.According to Keynes,the three basic psychological rules lead to the inadequate effective demand,which will result in the involuntary unemployment.Therefore,the government needs to interfere with the economy to increase the effective demand so as to achieve complete employment.So there is fundamental difference between the two theories in the cause,theoretical foundation,the essence,research methods and purpose,concerning the economic crisis.China shall take Marx theory as the guidance to avoid the economic crisis.
