| 摘 要： | 经过20多年的改革开放和现代化建设，珠海市农村科技人才队伍的建设和发展取得了很大成绩，为全市农业和农村经济与社会发展提供强有力的技术支撑。文章在对珠海市农村科技人才队伍的现状进行广泛调查研究的基础上，分析了珠海市农村科技人才队伍建设中存在的问题，提出了珠海市农村科技人才培养和建设的对策。
