Study on the Performance Evaluation Index System of Equipment Supply Chain Collaboration Based on BSC

The military equipment supply chain collaboration is a rather new theory,so the research on index system to evaluate its performance.Using the balanced scorecard,this article set up performance evaluation index system including the satisfaction degree of army client,business process,the satisfaction degree of the equipment provider and military authority,financing,the in-novation and development of supply chain.
