| 摘 要： | 企业在生产、经营、管理和其他活动过程中形成的各种法律关系,大多是通过各种合同来体现。起草合同是订立和履行合同的基础。文章从争取合同起草权、选择合适的起草人员、研究相关法律法规、明确合同当事人的权利和义务等方面分析了合同起草过程中应注意的主要问题。

| Abstract: | Enterprises would face various legal relations during production,operation management and other activities.And most of them reflect on contracts.Drafting contract is the base of making and fulfilling contracts.The paper analyzes some issues needed to be aware of,such as fighting for the right to draft contracts,choosing suitable drafting persons,studying the related laws and regulations and defining the rights and obligations. |
