技术性贸易壁垒中的博弈及我国的对策

在新贸易保护主义下,技术性贸易壁垒已经成为非关税壁垒的主要形式。超过合理范围的技术性贸易措施限制了国外产品的正常进口,也阻碍了国际贸易的发展。本文采用博弈论的方法分析了技术性贸易壁垒产生的原因,并提出政府可以采取“针锋相对”的策略,使博弈双方达到共同的最优结果,从而消除技术性贸易壁垒对国际贸易的不利影响。

Analysis on the Game in TBT and China's Countermeasures

Under the new protectionism, TBT has become the main form of non-tariff barriers. The technical measures exceeding reasonable scale restrict the normal import of foreign goods and hinder the development of international trade. This paper analyses the cause of TBT by using game theory, and suggest that the government which is the executor of TBT can use a tit-for-tat strategy to eliminate the negative effect of TBT to let both sides in the game gain the common optimal result. At last, this paper points out that corresponding tactics can be received to realize the trade double-wins aim according to China's situation.
