基于DEA方法的中部六省科技创新绩效分析

促进中部崛起是近年来学术界研究的一个热点问题。本文用DEA模型对中部六省的科技投入、产出相关数据进行了分析,并根据模型计算结果分别评价了中部六省的科技创新效率。文章最后对各省份的科技创新存在的问题做了剖析,并以此给出了关于提高科技创新效率的对策建议,这些对策建议为中部六省提高科技创新效率指明了方向。

An Analysis of the Efficiency to the Central Six Provinces' Scientific and Technological Innovation Based on DEA

The research of promoting the central six provinces’ rising is a hot issue in the study, in recent years. The paper analyzed the central six provinces’ scientific and technological input and out-related data and evaluated efficiency to the central six provinces’ scientific and technological innovation, according to the results of DEA .At last, the paper analysis the problems of the central six provinces’ scientific and technological innovation and gives some countermeasures and suggestions on improving the efficiency of the scientific and technological innovation. These recommendations for improving the efficiency of the central six provinces’ scientific and technological innovation pointed out the direction.
