摘    要:某地铁盾构隧道施工即将下穿一拟建七层公共立体车库工程,两个项目的施工存在工期冲突和相互影响,既需要保证地铁隧道安全掘进施工,又要确保立体车库的修建和运营安全,分析二者的修建顺序对项目的安全影响、优化修建时序对推进项目实施尤为重要。采用三维有限元软件,对地铁盾构隧道下穿立体车库的不同修建时序建立工况进行数值模拟计算,分析立体车库结构与地铁隧道结构的受力行为。结果表明,立体车库先期施工对盾构隧道结构受力和变形比较有利,同时立体车库的设计楼面活载须进行必要的调整。分析成果为实施复杂结构项目的安全评估提供了重要手段和有效依据。

Analysis on the Influence of the Construction Sequence of Subway Shield Tunnel Crossing Underneath the Multi-level Garage
Abstract:The subway shield tunnel construction is about to pass through a proposed seven-storey public three-dimensional garage project, and there are conflicts and mutual influences between the two projects. It is necessary to ensure the safe tunneling of subway tunnels, as well as the safe construction and operation of three-dimensional garages. It is particularly important to analyze the impact of the construction sequence on the safety of the project and optimize the construction sequence to promote the implementation of the project. Three-dimensional finite element software is used to carry out numerical simulation calculation on different construction time sequence of subway shield tunnel crossing underneath the multi-level garage, and the static force behavior of the multi-level garage structure and subway tunnel structure is analyzed. The results show that it is advantageous for the force and deformation of shield tunnel structure to construct the multi-level garage first, the multi-level garage is favorable for the stress of the shield tunnel structure in the early construction, and the design floor live load of the multi-level garage must be adjusted. The analysis results could provide an important means and effective basis for implementing the safety assessment of complex structure projects.
