摘    要:文章通过分析食品安全的现状和存在问题,进一步探讨实施可持续农业产业化战略的必要性和迫切性,揭示了食品安全与可持续农业产业化战略协调发展的规律性,认为充分发挥农业产业化龙头企业的带动作用、完善农业科技创新体系、加强食品认证与管理是实现食品安全和实施可持续农业产业化战略的现实选择。

Abstract:The article analyses the current situation of food security and its problem. further explores the necessity and urgency to implement the strategy of sustained industrizliation of agriculture, and reveals the objective law's of harmonious development of food security and sustained industrizliation of agriculture. The practical selection to realize food security and to implement the strategy of sustained agricultural industrizliation is to make the lead enterprises of agricultural industrizliation play a driving role, to improve the creative system of agricultural technology, and to strenghen the food's authentication and management.
