浅谈高职院校新生军训工作的几点看法

军训是对学生进行理想教育和培养学生道德素质的有效手段和途径，是高职学生入学以后接受的一次特殊教育。通过军训，培养了学生团结与协作的精神，使学生养成了良好的生活习惯和严谨的生活作风，也为学生搭建了展示与训练自己的舞台，增强了学生的忧患意识和民族使命感。这是全面贯彻党的教育方针，推进素质教育，培养有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律社会主义新人的客观要求，也是开展国防教育，强化国防意识，为国防建设培养高素质后备人才，提升我军科技建军质量的重要战略举措。

Military Training of Freshmen in Vocational Schools

Military training is an effective means for the ideal and moral quality education in vocational school.Through military training,students are trained to form the spirit of unity and collaboration,develop good habits and strict life style,also build a stage to show and train students,enhance student’s sense of crisis and national mission.This is the new objective requirement to fully implement the Party’s education policy,promote quality education,train new individuals with socialism ideals,morality,culture,and discipline.This is also important strategic initiatives of national defense education,strengthen national defense awareness,train high-quality reserve personnel for the national defense,enhance the quality of our army.
