| 摘 要： | 地方高等教育与地区经济之间存在良性互动关系，可以实现“互补”、“双赢”。因此，加大地方政府对教育的资金投入，硝定合理的办学规模，提高学生的理论与实践能力，建立辽宁高等教育和经济发展之间互利互补的良性机制，具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Local higher education and regional economic have interactive relations of "complementary" and "win-win." Therefore,the local government should increase funding for education,determine a reasonable size of school,improve students theoretical and practical ability,establish the complementarity and mutually beneficial mechanism between higher education and economic development of Liaoning. |
