| 摘 要： | 证券投资基金也是一种重要的金融创新产品,它的出现和发展是证券市场发展的必然趋势。证券投资基金在发达国家已有上百年的历史,我国证券投资基金于1992年开始设立,并且规模不断扩大。证券投资基金是一种利益共存、风险共担的集合证券投资方式,制度优势明显,对我国资本市场和宏观经济发展有着非常重要的作用。深入了解和认识我国证券投资基金的各方面情况,对拓宽投资渠道,增加企业融资渠道,保障证券市场平稳运行,为社会保障资金提供安全的投资渠道等方面有着积极的作用。

| Abstract: | Securities investment fund is an important financial innovation,its emergence and development is the inevitable trend of securities market development.The securities investment fund is the combination of profit and risk.Its obvious advantage has a very important role in China’s capital market and macroeconomic development.In-depth knowledge and understanding of various aspects of China’s securities investment funds has a positive role broadening the investment channels,increasing enterprise financing channels,protecting the stock market running smoothly,and providing safe investment channels for social security funds. |
