| 摘 要： | 高等院校处理各种财务管理以及组织自身活动的一项重要管理工作便是高校的财务管理,新形势下,对高等院校的财务管理体制进行科学有效的改革,充分的提高高等院校资金的利用率,是各个高等院校日常管理工作的重要性目标。随着我国各所高校教育教学环境的不断变化和改善,高等院校的财务管理工作也随之变得越来越复杂,传统的高校财务管理机制已经无法满足当今财务管理的迫切需求,因此,高等院校的财务管理工作出现了一系列的问题,必须采取有效的措施解决高校财务管理方面存在的问题。

| Abstract: | Financial management of colleges and universities colleges and universities means to deal with a variety of financial management and organize its own activities.Under the new situation,it is an imporatant goal for universities to have a scientific and effective reform,to improve the utilization of institutional funds.With the changing environment,the financial management of the institutions is becoming more complex and traditional financial management mechanism is unable to meet the urgent needs of today’s financial management.Therefore,the financial management must take effective measures to solve the problems of university financial management. |
