地质公园绿色发展研究

在循环经济、绿色发展、低碳经济等理论背景下,经济转型期,地质公园面临地质遗迹资源保护与开发的矛盾。为使地质公园所在区域资源环境保护与区域经济社会协调发展,地质公园绿色发展有重要的理论研究价值与实践意义。以绿色发展理论为指导,反复实地考察、深入研究,倡导从自然到人文,宏观与微观结合,将绿色发展理念贯穿于地质公园绿色发展研究之中。研究认为:地质公园绿色发展与其所处的区域环境、当地社会、经济的发展密不可分;应以地质公园为依托,采取相应的手段与途径,加强绿色管理,促进所在区域资源环境、社会、经济的协调发展。

Green Development of Geoparks

In the theoretical background of circular economy,green development,low-carbon economy,geological parks are confronted with the contradiction between geological heritage protection and development in the economic transformational development period,For the purpose of resources and environmental protection and regional economic and social harmonious development,the study of green development of geological parks is of great academic value and practical significance.With the green development theory as the guide as well as the repeated field surveys and researches,this paper advocates penetrating the green development idea through the process of green development investigation of geological parks.Studies show that green development of geological parks is closely connected to regional environment and local social and economic development;therefore,measures should be taken,depending on geological parks,to strengthen the green management and promote coordinated development of society and economy.
