| 摘 要： | 湖南城乡居民收入差距尽管呈逐年缩小的趋势,但收入差距过大的格局并未改变。缩小湖南城乡居民收入差距,仍面临资源流失、产业滞后和制度缺陷等障碍。必须不断促进农村剩余劳动力转移,提高农产品的价格,充分保障农民的财产权益,加大政府对农民的转移支付,以有效缩小湖南城乡居民收入差距。

| Abstract: | The income gap between urban and rural residents in Hunan has appeared to narrow year by year,but the larger income gap is not changed.Narrowing the income gap between urban and rural residents in Hunan is still facing many barriers,such as resources loss,industrial backward and institutional defects and so on.Hunan must promote the transfer of rural surplus labor,rise agricultural product price,fully protect farmers＇ property interests and increase government transfer payment to farmers to short the income gap between urban and rural residents. |
