| 摘 要： | 在新疆宅基地问卷调查结果汇总分析的基础上,对农村宅基地流转的现状,尤其是农户对宅基地流转的意愿进行了分析,认为目前农村宅基地的流转尚处于一种无序的状态,农户对宅基地的流转认知水平较低,农户对此持有谨慎态度。分析结果表明:政策因素、社会因素和经济因素是制约新疆农村宅基地流转的主要因素。

| Abstract: | Based on the summary of the questionnaires about the rural residential land circulation in Xinjiang,this paper analyzes the present situation of the circulation of rural residential land,especially the farmers’ willingness,and finds out that the circulation is still in a state of disorder,and that the farmers are being cautious as they haven’t learnt much about the circulation.The analysis indicates that policy factors,social factors and economic factors are largely restricting the rural residential land circulation in Xinjiang. |
