西南丘陵地区农村居民点现状分析——以重庆市合川区为例

采用统计数据和实地问卷调查相结合的方法,通过对重庆市合川区土地利用现状图和现状数据以及合川区统计年鉴相关数据的综合分析和实地调查,发现农村居民点呈"大分散,小聚居"分布,布局随地貌、地域差异明显,且布局散乱;人均用地接近国家《村镇规划标准》上限,土地闲置严重,其中闲置农村居民点用地还具有分散、块小、有一定坡度、交通不便等特点。

Analysis of Southwest Hilly Areas of Rural Residence:With Hechuan County, Chongqing City as an Example

Rural residential land consolidation is an important measure for mitigating land use conflict and achieving the balance of arable land.By integrating statistical data with on-spot questionnaire,and by analyzing and surveying the land use status chart,status data and the statistical yearbook of Hechuan District,Chongqing City,this paper finds out that the rural residential areas of Hechuan District are in the state of "big dispersed rural residential areas and small inhabitants",varying obviously with geomorphology,and that the rural residential areas lie scattered.Per capita land is close to the upper limit of the state’s town and village planning standards with a serious problem of idle land,of which the residential areas are generally scattered and small with certain slopes and inconvenient transportation.
