浙江民企国际市场进入模式分析及对策研究

企业国际市场进入模式主要有出口进入、契约进入、投资进入三种模式。通过对浙江民营企业国际市场进入模式分析,发现出口进入是浙江民营企业国际市场进入的主要模式;投资区域范围日趋扩大,投资形式日益多样化,投资结构日益优化,但投资规模远远小于出口;契约进入模式起步早,但其发展偏慢。针对上述问题,我们提出浙江民营企业国际市场进入的对策,即灵活选择进入模式、完善出口进入模式、循序渐进推进投资进入模式、构建国际战略联盟模式。

International Market Entry Pattern of Private Enterprises in Zhejiang

Export,contract,and investment are the three main entry modes to international market.Through the analysis of the entry modes of private enterprises in Zhejiang,export is the main mode.The region of investment is increasingly wide,the form is increasingly diverse and the structure is increasingly optimized,but the scale of investment is far less than the export;Contract entry mode has an early start,but its development is slow.In response to these problems,we proposed that the entry mode should be flexible,export mode should be improved gradually,investment mode should be promoted step by step,international strategic alliance should be built.
