汽车制造类高技能人才定向培养模式的研究与实践——以青年汽车学院“青年定向班”为例

随着我国汽车产业的迅速发展和汽车保有量的迅速增长,汽车行业高素质从业人员不足的矛盾日益凸显,汽车从业人员数量不足、技术素质不高已成为制约我国汽车产业发展的一大瓶颈。在分析杭州汽车制造业高技能人才需求的基础上,可以看出高技能人才培养面临的问题,而从企业化定向培养方案、企业化职业指导和＂岗位型＂实习形式这种方式或可较好地构建起全新的育人模型,探索具有区域特色、符合杭州汽车产业发展需要的高技能人才专门化培养的全新模式。

Research and Practice of Highly-Skilled Talents' Oriented Training for Automobile Manufacture

Along with the rapid development of China＇s automobile manufacturing industry and growing automobile numbers,the contradiction between development of industry and the shortage of highly qualified practitioners is increasingly highlighted.At the same time,low technical skills have become the bottleneck of auto industry.Based on the analysis of demand for highly-skilled talents in auto industry and problems existing in cultivation of talents,this paper indicates that the construction of a brand-new education mode can be done in the light of the following aspects： enterprise-oriented talents training program,vocational guidance from enterprise and post-type practice.It also explores the new paradigm with regional characteristics to meet the requirements of Hangzhou auto industry development.
