高职院校学生评教影响因素及其纠偏机制

提高教学质量是学校教学工作的核心。如何科学、有效地评估与保障教学质量,直接关系到学校的办学水平,更关系到人才培养质量。当前,学生评教已成为学校评估教学效果与保障教学质量的重要形式。然而,来自管理者、教师、学生等诸方面主客观因素制约了学生评教工作的信度与效度,这需要学校科学设计评教指标、构建多元化评教体系、提升学生评教能力、合理处理评教数据,并最终促使学生评教工作回归到＂沟通与改进＂这一根本目的上来。

To solve the problem, it is necessary to scientifically design the indexes, formulate multi-system, improve students＇ ability to evaluate, reasonably process the data and finally make such evaluation an eventual means for communication and improvement.
