危机管理在企业界早已有之,但在高校中尚未引起足够的重视。文章将危机管理这一概念引入高校,并分析了高校危机产生的原因,提出高校危机管理工作要树立"防微杜渐"的管理思想。

Discussion on the crisis management in colleges from the sense of crisis

The crisis management has long existed in the business community, but it has not yet been attracted enough attention in colleges and universities. This article introduced the concept of crisis mana- gement into the colleges and universities, analysed the causes that produced the college crisis, proposed that we should establish a preventive measure management thinking about crisis management in colleges.
