基于知识管理的建设企业安全管理模式研究

知识管理的基本原理中所包含的基本内容,与建设企业安全管理的基本要求和过程相吻合,因而能够在企业安全管理中充分发挥安全知识的作用,实现安全知识的转换与共享,达到安全管理的目的。根据知识管理的基本内涵和实施知识管理的难点问题,以安全知识集约、安全知识运用、安全知识交流和安全知识创新4个相互关联的过程,构建出基于知识管理的建设企业安全管理模式,并对此新型管理模式进行了深入的剖析,同时对安全知识管理过程支持环境的建设进行了探讨,认为知识管理为建设企业安全管理模式创新提供了一个可行的思路。

Research on Safety Management of Construction Enterprise Based on Knowledge Management

The basic contents included in the basic principle of knowledge management,are fit with the basic request and pro-cess of the construction enterprise safety management.As a result,they can bring the safety knowledge into full function during the enterprise safety management,and realize the safety knowledge for conversion and share,in the end to attain the purpose of safety management.According to the basic content of knowledge management and the difficulty problem of putting the knowl-edge management into practice,the four mutual relation processes of safety knowledge intensive,safety knowledge usage,safety knowledge exchanges and safety knowledge innovation etc.are set up to form the safety management style of construction enter-prise based on knowledge management,and this new management style is analyzed thoroughly.In the meantime,how to build up the support environment of safety knowledge management is probed into,then we can acquire a conclusion that knowledge man-agement has provide a viable way thinking for the construction enterprise safety management innovation.
