| 摘 要： | 在发达国家的旅游网站建设日趋成熟之际，中国的旅游网站已过了低迷时期，初具规模，但是我国的旅游网站与发达国家相比还存在相当大的差距。通过对中美两国旅游网站的类型、网页设置、功能内容、售后服务、整合并购、赢利渠道和法律支持等方面的比较研究，初步探讨中国旅游网站发展的最佳模式。

| Abstract: | Although the travel websites in china have passed their primary period and grow stably,we still have comparative distance with developed counties in many aspects.By comparing American and Chinese travel websites in the following sides: type,setting,capability,after-sale service,annexation,profitability and legal support,this paper aims to find the best mode of developing Chinese travel websites. |
