商科专业大学生课堂不文明行为结构维度及控制对策

摘    要:笔者采用随机抽样调查高校商科专业189名大学生,运用探索性因素分析对数据进行处理,结果表明,商科专业大学生课堂不文明行为是四因素结构:学习消极、敌意行为、漠视纪律、轻视怠慢;引起商科专业大学生课堂不文明行为的原因主要是由15个方面的内容构成。为了提高大学生课堂学习效果,笔者最后提出了一些对策建议。

Abstract:This study randomly surveys 189 students in university,and uses exploratory factor analysis for data processing.The result shows that incivility structure of Chinese university students is made up of four factors: negative study,hostile,alienated indifference and neglect.The incivility of classroom is caused by 15 aspects.In order to improve the effectiveness of the university classroom learning,this study concludes with some suggestions.
