| 摘 要： | 在分析国内外本科院校旅游管理专业人才培养方案的基础上,基于校企互动培养模式,紧密围绕提高人才培养质量,从课程体系设置、实践教学平台构建、教学组织安排和师资队伍建设四个方面提出旅游管理专业人才培养新方案,满足了旅游行业对应用型中高级人才的培养需求。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analysis of the domestic and foreign talent training scheme of tourism management specialty and the interaction between college and enterprise, centered？around the central task of improvement of the quality of talent cultivation, a new scheme is put forward from the four aspects of curriculum system, practice teaching, teaching organization and teaching faculty, so that it can meet the demand of application type talents from tourism industry. |
